For PvE any pet will do ya. Honest. The rest is just personal preference. For example, I don鈥檛 have a crab as a pet on any of my hunters. The reason is simple. Crabs get claw but they do not get bite. I don鈥檛 like to use claw with low level pets. In my opinion claw, and gore for that mater, use up way too much focus unless you have bought the talents to give your pet more focus. So I prefer using bite. Thus crabs just don鈥檛 have the right abilities for my personal taste. But I have leveled with a spider and a crocalisk and a boar and a wolf and a tallstrider and several other pets. Kill Command does NOT activate the GCD. However, it cannot go while casting steady shot, and if it goes while casting auto-shot (the last 0.5 seconds of the auto shot) it will delay the AUTO SHOT by 0.5 seconds after the KC goes off. Steady shot is enhanced by rapid fire and other speed increasing effects, however you have to consider the last 0.5 seconds of your attack speed will still be auto-shot. So for the most part, unless you have a huge amount of increased attack speed (or a REALLY fast bow), your steady shot wont delay your auto shot. I poked around with exotics a little bit and found that a worm pet holds excellent single-target aggro, and the acid spit armor debuff noticeably improves personal DPS. I believe I will use one for 70-80 (as I predict a lack of AoE killings available when Northrend is booked to with whom I have lived, blade with whom I now die, serve right and justice one last time, seek one last heart of evil, still one last life of pain, cut well old friend, and then farewell.Any pet. I sp 2 points intoatlysm boz it redes my mana spent into shadowbolts. It allows me to rede to amount of times i need to lifetap. I totally get the whole Japanese aesthetic in tattoo design thing. I get the use of flash tatoo as a loaded symbol of human emotion BS. But really, the crass merchandising of an art form, any art form is deplorable. It is even more obnoxious when that art form is one about an underground culture - now usurped by mainstream america. When Ed Hardy started tattooing, the whole concept was so counter cultural - so against the mainstream. Hardy had even mentioned once in an interview that "I liked that it couldn't be commodified." Well right now you cant get more commodified than the expensive and very upscale clothing lines by Hardy's merchandisers, which of course have no real connection to Ed Hardy ( except for the big fat check he gets). This is to reple the slaying talents that areurrently in the survival tree. Instead of having multle talents for different mobs Blizz dided to allow hunters extra damage to whatever they're trking. A very nehange. Spend 5 points for 5% extra damage to any trkable mob vs the old spend 6 points, 3 for beasts, dragons and giants; and another 3 for humanoids.
